How accessible are you?

When you call our listed number, you will be connected with our founder, Jeff Calloway. As we continue to grow, that might not always be the case, but our goal is to get back to you within 24 hours - always!

How familiar are you with cannabis companies?

Cannabis is all we do. Not in the literal sense, but you know what we mean.  We cater only to cannabis businesses and are well versed in all federal regulations including 280E.
How is CannaLedger different from QuickBooks?
CannaLedger is not just general bookkeeping software adapted for cannabis businesses. It was built specifically for cannabis accounting workflows, including 280E visibility, guided month-end close, accounting review queues, executive reporting, and workflow management for accounting teams.

While QuickBooks is often used as a general ledger tool, CannaLedger is designed to help cannabis operators and accounting teams move accounting work forward with structured workflows, real-time close readiness, and cannabis-specific operational visibility.

Ahhh, the all important question! We don't publish prices, because each clients needs are different. We believe that working with us is an investment, not an expense. 

Is CannaLedger available as standalone software?

CannaLedger is currently used as the operating platform behind CFOCannabis accounting and finance workflows.
The platform was built specifically for cannabis accounting operations, with a focus on workflow management, month-end close, executive reporting, and 280E-aware accounting visibility.
Additional platform availability and rollout details may be announced in the future.

Can our internal bookkeeper or accounting staff use CannaLedger?

Yes. CannaLedger is designed to support both collaborative accounting environments and fully outsourced accounting relationships.

Businesses with internal accounting staff can use operator workflows for:

What are CFO Services

We offer fractional CFO services which go beyond the scope of monthly bookkeeping. We serve as a consultant in this capacity offering our skills in helping you scale your business by looking at every hindrance in the financial system and making adjustments. We will look at ways to increase income, lower expenses and increase profit.

We already have an accountant, how can you help?

Unless your bookkeeping staff and Accountant are cannabis savvy, you are putting yourself in a vulnerable position to be made an example of, especially if you touch the plant. We can help train your bookkeeper or eliminate that position entirely and in the process save you thousands.

Can you really do this remotely?

Thanks to technology, we can service any client around the world. Zero of our clients are in a 100 mile radius of us. Most of them are several hundred and several thousand miles away.

Why do I need a Tax Plan?

Pretty simple. Are you 100% sure you are taking advantage of every legal and available strategy to save you thousands of dollars of taxes now and going forward? Probably not. That's why you need a tax plan.

How long does it take to get started?

Once we sign an engagement letter with your company, we can have you setup and going within two weeks if your current books are clean or we are setting up a new set of books. If your books are a mess, then thats another story, probably 4-6 weeks before we start getting accurate and useful information.

Do you guarantee your work?

If you are asking if we stand behind what we do, absolutely. But, we can only provide accurate data with what is given to us by the client and/or their representatives.
